Victor Arca was an associate attorney at Beck and Lee and qualified to practice law in both the United States and Spain. Fluent in English, Spanish, and French, Arca enjoys leveraging his unique and comprehensive understanding of both the American and European legal systems to solve complex litigation problems for clients.

Immediately prior to joining Beck & Lee, Arca clerked for the Honorable Robert A. Mark of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Florida. His legal career also includes stints as a tax litigator at one of Spain's most prominent firms, Cuatrecasas, Gonçalves Pereira in Barcelona; working at one of India's leading law firms in the area of information technology law in Bangalore; serving as a legal trainee for the European Commission in Brussels; interning at the ACLU while attending law school in the U.S.; and clerking for the Criminal Court of Seville while attending law school in Spain.

Arca is a member of the Florida and Spanish Bars.
